I've worked for 25 years, first as a pastry chef, then in Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels. I've had a bistro in Austria and a restaurant in Spain. Now I want to help people, and since I saw so much food being thrown away, I want to prevent that.

I think WCK is a magnificent organization that moves and unites people and helps those in difficult situations. I started running at 50 years old half a year ago. My challenge is to run and finish the race to help people who need help.
